1. Our company produces FRP sheets in accordance with the Australian AS/NZS 4257 4:1994 standard. According to different weight standards, FRP sheets are divided into several types based on their weight per square meter, including 1800 grams, 2400 grams, 3050 grams, and 3660 grams, corresponding to thicknesses of approximately 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, and 2.5mm, respectively.
2. The Australian AS/NZS 4257 4:1994 standard stipulates that the allowable error for thickness is+15%, and the allowable error for unit weight is+10%. 3. Because the resin is in liquid form during the molding process of the FRP sheet, it will be thinner at the peak and corner due to gravity, but it should be within the allowable error range of+15%. This error does not affect the quality of our FRP sheet, and our product warranty commitment is that it will not change.
